Urban Outfitters’ Space 15 Twenty is a local favorite for not just shopping but for exhibitions, lectures and events. In addition to their weekly yard sale, since last Wednesday they’ve already held a lecture with Guerrilla Gardeners, a TOMS Give Shop & Gallery opening event and a CHRISHABANA Trunk Show. Free City Supershop Supermät:
Nina Garduno’s design for her Free City Supershop Supermät won the 2011 Travel + Leisure Award for Best Retail Space and it’s not hard to see why. The colorful streetwear is creatively displayed throughout the store using everything from ladders, neon bikes, head dresses, penny curtains, graphic artwork, sculptures and much more.
The apparel isn’t the only thing made locally here, pick up a fresh loaf of bread made form a bakery down the street or an organic honey -vanilla ice cream to cool you off.
