I love this look. She has taken this season’s signature trend–the little black bootie–and made it her own. I like the combo of fitted menswear material blazer with the flirty skirt. I know the ’80s are back in many ways–and I remember in the ’80s women carried small handbags with long straps, a look that went out for the now current shorter straps carried over the shoulder or the arm. I wonder if the ’80s purses are coming back again!
