Hey – it’s Eddie. I thought that Milan Fashion Week was a bit too old stuffy formal for Stylesightings, so I raced through the French countryside on the Eurostar and have holed up in Amsterdam on my way to Paris next week. I’m super excited to share some Amsterdam streetstyle photos with you guys tomorrow!
For now though, check out my photos from Brick Lane in London. The famous market there is actually a bit crap – the surrounding markets such as Spitalfields are overrated as well – but the people watching and food options and general hanging out are second to none. You can ignore the market stalls and visit some of the shops in the area instead – Beyond Retro, Absolute Vintage, Rokit vintage, A Butcher of Distinction, and Rough Trade are all recommended. I strongly suggest allowing your day wandering there to drag on into dinner time in which case you should stop into one of the 70-odd Bangladeshi curry houses in the area. The centrally located Aladin is a great choice – yes, that’s how they spell it. xo

Hey Eddie,
Is it your camera, or is cobble stones the surface of choice all over the world? I really love the ’40′s look AND the color choices of number 5! And finally, ENOUGH, ENOUGH of the cig smokers already!! Ruins the shot!

Yeah I’m not into the cigarette smoking either – sometimes though the shot happens so quickly that there is no time to even think about things.
