Hey – check it out – 66Sick 1YR anniversary party last night at HE on the LES. This party was totally packed and crazy and so much fun – the best time I’ve had out lately. Towards the end of the night, someone played “Be My Baby” by the Ronettes and I thought of the montage that opens the movie Mean Streets. This movie opens with a montage of grainy Super 8 home movies of the main characters running around Little Italy (just a few blocks from Happy Ending and the party last night) while “Be My Baby” plays on the soundtrack. Sometimes in New York it feels like a montage for a cool movie is being filmed – a cool movie with you as the star. x Eddie

New York fashion is amazing
luv it
you should come to england again
xx
Hey – I’m coming back to England again soon. Likely during festival season this summer. Watch this space! xo
LOVES IT!!!!
um, that really (fake) tan girl must have gotten lost, went to the wrong party, cut big bangs in the bathroom and borrowed some guys hat to make it look like she belonged.
If I knew the New York equivalent to Crobar or the ‘viagra triangle’, I would say she belonged there…
On the up side, I love the pic of the girl with the tile background laughing uncontrollably…so cute!
I love the girl with the high waisted denim shorts and the black tshirt. I wish I could wear that but I just don’t have the body. She looks fab though.
Great pictures! Looked like a lot of fun
i am completely digging the strapless dress that looks like its made from a jacket! so unique and not like ANYTHING found in Canada
also, i love your blog lots (i search through all of the photos everyday) so keep it up!
xoxo
ps. are you going to come to Canada (i.e Toronto) for Fashion Week? Cause that would be awesome
Hey Mani – I’m really glad you like the blog! Thanks! I’m not planning to come to Toronto Fashion Week this season but may in the future. Lots of surprise travel plans in the works for this Spring and Summer though so stay tuned!
(And yes her cute dress was actually made from a vintage men’s windbreaker/Member’s Only jacket. Her headband was the top of some thigh highs she had cut off.)
