Florals, synonymous with Spring, must somehow be refreshed for each year. This season, that newness comes from lovely watercolor techniques, often seemingly splashed on with a giant brush. Colors range from hyacinth blues to peony pinks, and placements at shoulder or hemline emphasize the spontaneous, hand-painted approach. – Sharon Graubard
