PARIS…Despite the fact this was supposed to be a F/W 08 collection Chloe was heavy on billowy chiffon and organza this season. Going back to the roots of the house when Lagerfeld held the reigns in the ’70s, were a plethora of microflower prints, a haberdashery of appliqués and embroideries that had a strong hippy, mix and match feeling. In total Chloe was a great example of a seasonless collection, where most designers will be headed in the near future.
