New York City’s Laurence Miller Gallery is currently showing works of the late Helen Levitt, a New York native street photographer. Known for being quick to capture an image, Levitt’s photographs depict honest emotions and intimate moments on the sidewalks of New York. While her subjects ranged in age, her most memorable photos come from her collection showing children at play – capturing the essence of childhood mischief. The images date back from 1930s to the 80s and remain a timeless source of inspiration.

What a WONDERFUL post to wake up to this morning. One of my favorite photographers – her work will forever inspire.
