Inspiration | Antonio Bizarro – Brazil S/S 13

Inspiration is everywhere. When we saw the Antonio Bizarro S/S 13 beauty look, it recalled a mix of the Givenchy and Gaultier F/W 12 looks. Bizarro’s models walked the runway with perfectly straight tresses and roots airbrushed in vibrant reds, pinks, whites and royal blues, and a jeweled nose rings. Much like Riccardo Tisci did for Givenchy’s Fall/Winter 2012 collection, Bizarro drew inspiration from traditional Indian wedding jewelry. Models were decorated in charm-embellished chains that flirted their way across porcelain cheekbones and disappeared behind eye-catching dyes. – Madeline Farina
